My children love their smoothies and the pack was delicious

This location is AMAZING with customer service and meal quality. I have had zero complaints coming here every week for almost 6 months. They’re the best, and so nice. They remade my smoothie for me with no charge when I placed a pickup order for the wrong time. Thanks you guys!! You put all the other locations to shame!!!

My husband ordered a Lean machine with no sugar for me. When I got it from him it wasn't the usual redish color. It was a dull purple. I've gotten this drink several times from another tropical smoothie so I knew this wasn't right. I drove back to the store and the woman, who I am assuming was a supervisor or manager told me it looks that way because I had no sugar in it. Sugar or lack of sugar doesn't change the color of the drink. She stopped me mid sentence when I tried to explain that I've had this drink before and it's never been that color. she told me she would remake it. She remade it and it came out the right color and right taste (though I'm pretty sure the bananas they used weren't ripe yet but I can get over that) Just annoying that she told me it was definitely made correctly when it wasn't and it was ONLY because I asked for no sugar. The color was wrong and it tasted like watered down fruit. Also, this happened back in January or February. This wasn't the first problem I had with this particular store. A while back I had come into the store and there was no one out front. I waited in there about 5 minutes, still no one, so I left. Haven't been back there since this second incident.

Lousy service, people walking out they had to make my shake twice. The first shake they made was mostly ice — lastly no sense of urgency to clean up.

You need to give your employees customer service training... When a customer walks into a restaurant to spend THEIR HARD EARNED money, the employees should welcome the customer not stare at the customer and continue a conversation with someone in the lobby that had nothing in his hand... So was that a customer or a friend??? I will try another location for now on because it was a terrible vibe for me... I should have turned around and walked out because I threw my smoothie away because I felt uneasy when walking out.
