Burger King - Visalia

During my first visit to try pho with my daughter, we left feeling quite disappointed. The sign outside the restaurant stated that they closed at 9 PM, and their website confirmed the same. We arrived at 8:30 PM and saw only two people ahead of us in line, but a staff member informed us that they were no longer taking orders. I couldn’t believe it! If the restaurant values efficiency, they should have been able to accommodate us and the few other customers still waiting for their meals with half an hour left until closing. Additionally, if the official closing time is 9 PM, customers should be allowed to finish their meals. I walked away feeling frustrated and disheartened, and I don't think I'll be coming back. First impressions matter, and this one was truly disappointing! If I could give zero stars, I would, but since I have to select at least one, here it is.

We used to visit this restaurant often, but we won’t be coming back. After my son’s SAT test, we decided to have lunch there. His soup arrived quickly, but it took another ten minutes for my wife and me to receive ours. Unfortunately, now we’re both feeling unwell and have been frequently rushing to the bathroom. In the past, we noticed the service was lacking, but we overlooked it because the food was good. Unfortunately, this time, the food made us ill. No thank you, we won’t be returning!
