Chipotle Mexican Grill - Visalia

The food here is good, but I've had some issues with their kid's meals. If they run out of something, like the crunchy tacos, they won't let you substitute anything or even offer extra chips to make up for it. Also, don’t bother asking for one large drink instead of two small ones, as substitutions aren't permitted. I wish they were more flexible with substitutions; it would definitely improve the experience at this restaurant.

This place has really gone downhill. We visited on Sunday, September 11, 2022, at 3 PM and found a line of 12 customers waiting. There was only one person at the counter, and they were moving extremely slowly. Meanwhile, we noticed two employees having a good laugh in the kitchen, while about four others were wandering around, distracted by their phones. It took three people just to take out the trash, completely ignoring the long line of customers waiting. The counter was a mess, with food splattered all over, and by the time we got to place our order, there were empty containers everywhere. To top it off, we were informed that it would be several minutes before they had a new batch of sautéed peppers ready. It seems that preparing food was not a priority amidst all the socializing. It’s such a disappointment, and I definitely won’t be coming back. Never again.

Thank you to the Chipotle staff for their concern for my daughter and me while we were placing our order today. We truly appreciate it and are grateful that there are still kind-hearted individuals who look out for others when things don't seem quite right. As always, our food was amazing, and I would recommend this Chipotle on Mooney any day. The staff is truly wonderful and caring.

A while back I rated this chipotle a one star, I brought it back to three, in my opinion it has improved a lot compared to how it was, but I still don't trust online ordering, they short change double meat

Something in Chipotle's food gives me the absolute worst stomach pains known to man and no, this is not a food allergy. I suspected maybe I was unable to break down avocado proteins, but that was quickly proven false when the rest of my familyinevitably got caught under this bus. It is the kind of pain that leaves you groaning in bed for hours on end as any kind ofmovement incites pain. What is in their food that makes it impossible to move afterwards? Why does it cause so much frustrationfor digestive tract?
