Írjon visszajelzéstEntering the hotel gives you an impression of 4 stars. the hospitality of the dame in the writing was poor. the room was stinking and airco wasn't up. it's just an on/off switch. very obsolete. the checkin was late so we asked about the restaurant they see on the website. that was closed during the week (bummer). the carpet is full of stains, so the impression of the room is not hygienic. at the pool we were surprised bij te size and water. really nice. pity that there were no new towels anymore. everything and everything to not be advised.
Beautiful pool cabana area. 1950 style when this place was built. I have sine problems and I need quality ac. this place has central ac. today was 105. not good. the first time I stay here. 55yrs
Our family is always treated like one of their own. All our events have been wonderful, and Nod Away makes sure we receive the best service! I truly appreciate everything they do for us; we are very grateful. Thank you once again! We look forward to our next party in November!
Despite having a major Visa card with a decent limit and cash back, they refused to take it, stating they had never heard of it. I had the impression they just didn't want to rent me a room, especially after an older lady interrupted, asking if they accepted her federal credit union card, which they did. However, when I mentioned my credit union, they outright rejected it, even after one of their coworkers confirmed that it was a legitimate bank. I was wearing a female empowerment shirt and had an Instacart badge, but being in my early 30s with bright red hair and tattoos, I couldn’t help but wonder if the staff was judging me by my appearance. I was willing to stay at a low-end motel, but they wouldn't accept my well-established credit card. In the end, I ended up at a nicer hotel with air conditioning, where they had no issue accepting my card. The reception staff there even laughed when hearing about my experience at the first hotel, having never encountered a problem with U.S. Bank or OpenSky. They even gave me a $20 discount on my stay because they felt bad about what I had experienced.
Don't stay here. It's not worth it. I stayed here before and it was ok, you cannot control the air at all and the room stays hot but it was needed for the night. This time though they wouldn't even let me check in. They told me they only take credit cards they've heard of before, and FYI they've never heard of anything. I gave them an opensky visa credit card, nope, gave them a us bank credit card with an 8k limit, they said nope don't take that either. They said they never heard of it so they can't take it. Even after another employee spoke up and was like hey I know open sky that is a legit credit card they still wouldn't take it. Then another guest got up to the front desk and told me to get out of the way and not speak for her when I asked if they would take her credit card that was a federal card they definitely never heard of and they took hers. I recorded the whole thing as I started to get the feeling they just didn't want me there, maybe cause I've got a tattoos and young? I was there to work lyft and instacart, wearing a Ruth ginsburg shirt and instacart badge. I'm not ghetto or hood, but the fact they accepted an old lady's credit card but not mine when mine is a visa and accepted every where is crazy. I literally went around the corner and used my credit card at a hotel that only accepts major credit cards with no issue for $20 less and it comes with an ac that works. So maybe this worked out for the better. I worked 10 years at front desk, I should have left right when they couldn't figure out what a credit card is.
