Me N Ed's Pizzeria - Visalia

I usually enjoy their pizza but this time it had a little bit too much sauce. Overall still a good choice for pizza

The pizza wasnt that great, there was almost no sauce on it. And the Cinna Treats didnt have any icing glaze on it like the description and picture. Everything tasted alright

I was a loyal customer for at least 35 years of me and eds for my youth in Lemoore to be in Visalia, but last year the service in this store was terrible to make out the order and never get them then call and will be there on the way, and never show up in the morning to talk to and say it was close so that they cancel my order

So I called and ordered 2 lrg pizzas and it was super easy picking my toppings and she even asked if I wanted fresh mushrooms or canned. So I didnt get the wrong mushrooms lol and she told me about a special so I got a better deal on a 3 toppings instead of 2. Plus when I went to pick up my order, the same lady was super friendly and I just had the best customer service at this location ? I looked on the receipt to do a survey but i guess they dont do that. So my order number is 263 and the ladys name I believe is Sandra J. Thank you for a great experience, will definitely be going to this location over the other ones. Also while waiting in line a gentleman who was working asked me how am I. Seriously best feeling to walk into a friendly environment get great service and pizza.

On 6/16/2022, I called to place an order for a large pepperoni pizza at 8:50pm. I worked at Mountain Mikes Pizza for 4 years, and every single time someone called close to closing time, we always took their order, as long as it was take-out?even if it was 8:59. I live 5 minutes away and could have been there before they closed, but the girl that answered the phone told me I couldn?t place an order and that they were already closed. I said that they were open for 10 more minutes, but she said ?I?m just following orders, sorry.? She then hung up on me and didn?t even give me an opportunity to ask for her name or the manager. Me n Ed?s, what the hell, if you close at 8:50, then change the hours on Google to the correct time. If it?s the correct time, then that girl should be fired bc she?s bad for your business. I?ll be driving all the way across town from now on, to go to a different Me n Ed?s.
