Panda Express - Visalia

This restaurant is always busy. I definitely recommend it as the food is excellent.

I'm not sure who cooked the teriyaki chicken today, but whoever it was deserves a promotion! It was cooked perfectly, and I was impressed by how juicy it was. I was expecting it to be dry, but it was amazing. Great job!

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but it's disappointing that they don't automatically include teriyaki sauce when serving teriyaki chicken. While it may save them money to only provide it upon request, it diminishes the dining experience when customers are unaware that they need to ask for something that should come with the dish.

The portions were small and the food tasted a little dry...

I hate the way they're taking orders now. Before you were able to walk from one the end of the selection of food all the way to the register, pay for your meal and drink, get your food and drink with no wait. We just had someone at the entrance ask for our order without giving us a chance to even look over the menu. When we were ready to oder he took our order then hand it to the employees behind the bar. We waited to be called to pay for our food. I then had to ask for my drink and was told to wait again for our food. This system is not practical. This system loses the whole convenient, quick customer service excepted at a Panda Express.
