Valeries Taco Shop - Vista

First and foremost the customer service here is SPECTACULAR, Hands down best in town! I ordered 12 roll tacos and a SD burrito. By far the best burrito I've had in quiet sometime, roll tacos were delicious. The red hot sauce is explosive and flavorful. Parking was a breeze and it came out in a timely manner. I highly recommend giving this place a shot if you haven't already you won't be disappointed! Im definitely coming back for more!

Fish tacos are huge! There are 2 pieces of fish and 2 tortillas so really 2 tacos in one. I got the combo which was way too much food. I ordered the churro which is top notch and perfect. Crispy on the outside soft inside and the perfect amount of sugar that stays on. Will be back.

The food is really good, unfortunately the service on the ice cream and drinks side is really slow. I had a hard time communicating with the lady at the counter as she didn't understand English. Hopefully they'll remedy this with more counter help. If you show up during during off peak hours it might not be so bad. The drinks and desserts are worth the trip.

I don 't leave reviews often, but Valerie 's blew my mind so I had to share. TL;DR: gourmet tacos at food cart price and speed. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner. He 's an absolute savage with a fiery passion for what he does. It was clear from our brief-yet-entertaining conversation that Valerie 's prioritizes quality control, flavor, and customer service above all else. Ingredients are sourced daily, everything from the meat to the cilantro is fresh as can be. Whatever they did to that food had me involuntarily muttering, 'Wow '. I had a ratatouille moment, to say the least.

They are so so kind. There’s a lady at the front that seems harsh and maybe a little rude but is super nice. Their food is delicious and so are their drinks. Would recommend. (Except for being a little pricey!!
