Dunkin' - Volo

I used the drive through service and order some food and medium hot chocolate. The hot chocolate is just water color to look like chocolate. Shame on you guys this is the third time I buy this kind of quality. I thought it was an accident, but this is a pattern. I went to another store and I bought a genuine hot chocolate.This store should be closed, I promise you next time you will have a huge surprise, you will get under investigation. Shame on you!

Another drive through.Another order not filled correctly.Missing one out of four sandwiches?Sure, why not. I guess it's time to start checking out the bag before we leave.

Forgot cheese on our sandwichs and a total sandwich but service was decent.

Was in the drive thru and they messed up my order. Asked for a hot coffee gave me an iced coffee told them 3 times. Not the first time they messed up. They should pay better attention. If i could give zero stars i would
