The establishment has the appearance of a sacrificial crypt... the price-to-quality ratio is simply unacceptable. Orders take forever to arrive; it feels like the waiter is on some kind of drugs.

The service staff completely lack etiquette and tact. I was left with an extremely negative impression. Overall, it was a total disappointment.

Terrible place. We waited two hours for the hookahs. The music was cheesy, and the venue felt like a crypt with a pole in the middle.

During the holiday season, a large group of us decided to spend our evening at the shisha lounge "Cleopatra." After calling ahead to confirm that the place was open, we received a positive response, without being informed that they were only open for another hour! Nevertheless, after traveling 25 kilometers, we arrived only to find out that they do not sell alcohol. Putting that aside, we started looking at non-alcoholic drink options, but then nobody was willing to serve us! This raises serious questions about the customer service orientation of this establishment... A group of people ready to spend a considerable amount in your venue, but no one seems interested in taking our order! Overall, the evening was somewhat overshadowed by this experience.

The place is frankly unpleasant: we ordered two hookahs that tasted more like air freshener for a rural restroom, and it took an hour for them to bring them out. The clientele mainly consists of drunken people over 40. The service, prices, and quality of the products leave much to be desired. If you're looking to have a nice evening, I suggest avoiding this establishment.
