Il Novo Vinaio - VOLTERRA

We went through Volterra, and we were looking for a place for a quick and complete lunch, we found this place along one of the streets of the center of Volterra, and we entered. The room, although small, is intimate and very welcoming. The staff is young and super friendly, and manages to put at ease the customer, of any origin it is. The food is excellent, both the sandwiches, which can be composed by choosing the ingredients, and the typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition as the ribollita or the parrot to the tomato. Excellent value for money, correct especially with the quality of the ingredients. Great lunch, and great experience.

Fast lunch in Volterra, really good pork sandwich, as the other 3 we tried, seats are available inside even if the service is self service from ordering to shooting... reasonable prices considering the average of the place. Picked up.
