Horrible place ran by a horrible company. Showers constantly closed down. Always short staffed.

The inside of the Pilot is huge, the showers and restrooms are clean plus there is a Subway restaurant inside. The parking lot for truck is large but it do fill up real fast during the evening hours but overall a nice truck stop.

If this is your first time coming here, it may seem confusing on how to get here but the GPS isn't lying. If you hate stairs as well, this place definitely isn't for you but it's your normal sized truck stop travel stop. It's got 2 separate cash registers. A connected Subway and Arby's as well. What upset me was that this Pilot didn't feature any hot food at all. Prices were grossly overpriced but the staff was nice, friendly and courteous. Overall it's your average gas station and convenient store.

As usual s service. Went in to grab a sub and the punk working just kept his rear end parked at the table he was at eating chips and let me stand there 5 minutes before I walked out. Pilot consistently pisses me off

This is your run of the mill truck stop that is fairly convenient off the highway. This location is somewhat outdated and could really use a remodel. The gas pumps are well lit and there is a small amount of parking if you just need a place to take a break from your drive. Inside has everything youd need as far as snacks and drinks, including a very large self serve drink station. Its rather busy, but the employees were efficient.
