We have booked online via the hotel page and received a booking confirmation. arrived in the hotel, it was surprising that the hotel was occupied by refugees and no rooms available! they should take at least the booking key from the side!

Rooms were clean, had two single beds in the room standing breakfast is fine 2/5 stars

In connection with developments in Ukraine, we were forced to leave the country. And we were given the opportunity to live in a hotel. This is where we received heat and comfort within eight months. We are very grateful to Carlos for his sensitivity and mercy.

Zimmer ist ok Frühstück naja recht dürftig die Wurst liegt wohl schon länger ohne kühlung da und von service keine Sicht. Alles ausbaufähig !!Kein Deutsch Sprachiger service!! Service: 1

Erschreckend! Kaltes Wasser beim Duschen. Sehr viel Schimmel an der Duschdecke. Frühstück war gerade so okay, aber ein Hotelier, der weder beim Servieren des Kaffees, noch bei Rechnungsausstellung Mund und Nasenschutz trägt ist in Kombination mit dem Schimmel an der Decke schon sehr fahrlässig und wirft viele Fragen auf, wie es grundsätzlich um die Hygiene im Haus besteht.
