Cajun Craft - Waco

We had the Pho (beef chicken), boudin balls, and fresh oysters on the half shell. All of the food was AMAZING!!! Perfect flavor and cooked perfectly! We highly recommend this gem in Waco!

We had fried shrimp and catfish, red beans and rice, gumbo, fried pickles, chicken tenders, and beignets. OMG they are all amazing. What a hidden gem !! So good. Please go here. They were out of étouffée (get there early) so we couldn’t get the poutine fries but I bet they are amazing.

Cajun Craft was delicious. The atmosphere is cool with a homey feel and outside seating, there was good music playing that wasn't so loud that you could not have a conversation, and the food is great and inexpensive. This is a must. I will definitely going back. I got the boudin balls and jambalaya, and they were both excellent.

I was definitely skeptical because, well, 'my momma says... ' But it 's worth the trip if you are like me and don 't always feel like putting in all the time and effort to make Cajun food yourself. Good fix for being outside the source! Pricing is very fair, and easily fits into a budget if you 're looking for a casual, laid back atmosphere to eat and hang out. The patio seating is awesome!

I love this place—it just keeps getting better! If you want some delicious Cajun and Cajun inspired food and a cool place to chill with friends, this is the place for you. The staff are some of the friendliest people I have ever come across, and they are excited to serve you and share their restaurant experience with you. Check it out—it's not but a couple of blocks from the Magnolia Silos!
