Sonic Drive-in - Waco

Stopped by Waco on a drive to TN and grabbed a drink here before hitting the road again. The man who brought our drink was very friendly, I really appreciated the few extra seconds he took to show kindness and brighten a stranger's day.

The worst place will never come back here again!! The person who took the order was rude and tried to give me everything before I finished the order. Basically, I threw the food into my car at this point I was tired of him so I could get her back to dinner, never I will come back here again RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!

Waited almost 20 minutes with no service. Waitress would make eye contact over and over but not help. It wasn’t even busy. Terrible service. Left with no food

The wait was terrible!. The car hopper came out with drink with no cup holder? I order 10 different drinks I asked her if they didn't have cup holders ? She said yes, came out with with two cup holder and I placed my drinks in the cup holder. Then she was handing me the empty cupholder, I asked her to place my missing drink in it ?. Walked off mad at me ?!. Then came out and told me that they had to remake my order because they messed up my order. So I waited over 20 min for the other half of my order. Then the oreo shake had no oreos taste worst $45 spent here. Bad service overall

The absolute absolute worst service I have ever in my entire 55 yrs of life have ever had. The car hop kept setting her tray on the hood of my car and had an attitude from hell. We ordered tator tots and two drinks which took almost 45 minutes to get. The tator tots were ice cold when we got them and when I called to talk to the manager she did say they were understaffed which I get but then she just blew me off and started talking to other people as if I wasn't even there. WILL NOT GO BACK EVER!!!
