Would give zero if it could. Ordered food, never got food, waitress said sad and would check for food. Never eat.

Came for lunch, had to wait to sit and no one was there. Win it 2 stars because the environment is great, bbq very disappointing, dry. Grain bread was dry. The best were handmade voodoo chips! They were hot, seasoned and delicious!!

Unfortunately I can’t comment on the food. Came today for lunch. We stood at the hostess station where it said wait to be seated. And we waited and waited and waited. Plenty of staff looked at at us plenty of time. One waitress kept sitting down at the bar to eat in between serving tables but nobody acknowledged us once. All it would’ve taken was a “we’ll be right with you, sorry for the wait” something. Then we would’ve gladly waited. But instead we just went to the galaxy where we always get good service.

Ordered numerous lunches to go for office meeting, was quoted food would be done in 20 minutes, when I got there to pick up I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. Got back to the office and was extremely disappointed with portion size for the price and a meal was missing. Called and talked to the owner Steve who made an excuse for everything and laughed when I told him we wouldn’t be ordering from them again. I only chose 1 star because I wouldn’t let me choose 0.

I can't comment on the food since I didn't get to try it. My friends and I came in for lunch today and stood at the hostess station, which instructed us to wait to be seated. We ended up waiting for a long time, and several employees noticed us, but no one acknowledged our presence. A waitress even sat at the bar eating in between serving tables, yet we received no recognition at all. A simple “we’ll be with you shortly, sorry for the wait” would have made a difference. Instead, we decided to leave and head to our usual spot, where we always receive great service.
