We had breakfast at this restaurant and the price per person was in the range of $10 to $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5.

I have seen pictures of the place and it appears to have been renovated. The food has never been very good when I have visited, and it always seemed like it could use a good cleaning. However, it is now under new ownership so that may have changed. This restaurant is popular among morning coffee drinkers.
