Ihop - Waianuenue Avenue, Hilo

Service Excellent! She was on it and very efficient. Food: It came right before I started to feel a little impatient, but it was not late by any means. All 7 of us were full and had some leftovers. I was the only one who was not fully satisfied by my order. My chicken biscuit with hash browns and gravy was great, except I found the chicken to be too salty and it overpowered the whole biscuit sandwich. Price: Much more expensive than I thought it was going to be. There were 4 people (me and my 3 boys 17, 17, 11) and the bill was almost $130, including tip. Too pricy for me to return any time soon.

$18 for fried bread. Forgot coffee and still charged us for it, forgot butter, whip cream and overcooked the Belgian waffles. They charged my friend $16 PER WAFFLE. That means his bill was $33 for two.I will never return to any IHOP, ever.Update: it's been a week and no one has contacted me. I DESPISE IHOP.

Valentine's decorations are cute. Menu is good. Wait staff also great.

Maraea, our server was excellent. I saw her carry all the plates of food to this table of 4 customers had with confidence! I never seen anything like that!! Her customer service and communication was excellent! We asked her for sugar free pancake syrup, and she brought it quietly as we said grace.
