This place is stuck in the middle of 2020...Masks required, only half of their tables are open, and they "strongly encourage them to use their huge touchscreens or their app for ordering. they treat cash as if it was chosen from a toilet, best to pay with a card. the food was well prepared, would recommend the drive l only...Skip the counter.

So sad, if you order n don 't ask for the receipt make sure you check your order. It is what it is kids trying to get get extra food or money by mistaking orders . No integrity n starts from the ground up.

Overall, this Waipio McDonald's has one of the best customer service of the fastest drive-thru on the island... and I'm visiting a lot throughout the week to...

Can't read the order on the screen. Not once, twice or three times, but often! It seems different. Managers need to train better or new managers.

Visit from the bay, but born on the island and raised. It is sad to know that many local people have to move to the mainland to make the ends meet. Me.
