Emily's And Bistro - Waitsfield

Emily was amazing! The food was fantastic, the drinks were incredible, and she is the best bartender in the country! A definite must-visit if you are in the Crazy River Valley!

This is the best salad I've had in years. It had garden greens, goat cheese, apples, just the right amount of dressing, and perfectly grilled chicken on top. The restaurant has a super friendly atmosphere. Don't rush, take your time to chat, eat, and drink.

We had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant! After finishing our meal, we planned to leave but the lively atmosphere in the bar made us stay longer, turning our lunch into a fantastic afternoon. Emily provided excellent service, keeping us laughing for hours. The drinks were perfectly made and the environment was fun and family-friendly, suitable for all ages. Overall, a great experience!
