16JUL2022 18:27:41. I arranged a shower at this location. This system works by assigning shower numbers next to customer numbers, on a Flat-Screen Display. As they become available, there?s usually an audible announcement as well. There was a fewcustomers ahead of me according to screen readout. I was number 129. Number 126 was assigned a number. Average wait periods canbe up to 30 minutes. So, I sat down in the laundry room, located in the same hallway as the showers. However, after 10 minutes,an employee passed by me in the laundry room. I got up and checked the screen because I saw the same employee helping anothercustomer with a shower assignment. The screen displayed my shower number being the same number the attendant was going letanother customer use. I asked why he would do that seeing me sitting and waiting. He got irate. Stating I didn?t need to be sostern. I?m sorry. Sometimes I forget how a 61 year-old man, hobbling around with a cane, can appear threatening. I am however,becoming increasingly aware of threatening behaviors being displayed towards older people. I will not be going back here. I hopethis brings some awareness to all who read and consider stopping here.

They need to make sure all the private rooms have secure locks in place. A few times I?ve had someone reserve a shower and it gives them a code to my room and they just walk right in, not very comforting when my wife is in her own room by her selfwithout a sufficient interior locking device.

I had to wait an hour for a shower, and the reason given was that there was only one person cleaning the used showers. Meanwhile, there were plenty of workers chatting at the cashier, with no customers around. This has been by far the worst experience I've had. It seems like the owner only pays attention to positive reviews and doesn’t care about the business anymore.

When I arrived at 2:00 PM, there was plenty of parking available. The repair shop was closed, with operating hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to noon. It must be nice to have such limited hours in this day and age. The small convenience store offered limited options. The only positive aspect was the showers, which were extremely spacious, clean, and well-stocked. The water pressure and temperature were excellent as well.

Wow, I have to say, I had the cleanest shower today! The hot water was perfect, the pressure was incredible, and everything was spotless! A huge thank you to Courtney for taking the time to thoroughly clean my bathroom before I showered. I was having a tough day, and anyone who knows how rejuvenating a good shower can be understands just how grateful I am! Kudos to you, Courtney, for a job well done and for making both me and my OCD feel comfortable enough to relax and enjoy the shower experience. Your kindness and attention to detail were truly appreciated!
