When I told her she messed it up, she constantly kept arguing with me and saying I was the one who messed it up and it was my fault. Someone in the back calledsome kid up to talk to me and he was very nice and gave me a refund and apologized. This place really needs to re think who theylet do customer service.
Nobody to take order at the register and all the food is over priced compared to a regular taco bell not in a truck stop. Went to Arby's across the street instead.
This is the only Taco Bell in the U.S. that I enjoy visiting. I place my order through the mobile app while parked, and when I walk in, my order is always ready and accurate. Best of all, I’ve never experienced any issues after eating here. If this place wasn't good, Iowa 80 would have replaced it with another restaurant within 30 days. Thousands of people eat here every day, and many are too busy to leave a positive review—it's a bit disappointing.
The burrito folding skills are back, and the queseritos are being toasted again. However, I still find that I need to order and pay for extra ingredients just to get them filled to a normal size.
The girl who took my order was quite rude and not very friendly. However, the food was good. I considered trying something else, but ultimately I chose to go to a different place to avoid interacting with the cashier again.
