Chipotle Mexican Grill - Waldorf

Food was cold when it was delivered. Barely any chicken in Burrito Bowl, had hard pieces of brown rice

The person making the bowls literally threw a few pieces of the ingredients in the bowl. I wish I could share the picks; certainly dont want to order from Chipotle using Door Dash again because they were very skimpy with both of the bowls I ordered. Not worth the money VERY DISAPPOINTED

If I could give zero stars, I would. The absolute rude staff I've ever experienced on a chipotle. Especially morning to afternoon staff. If the place does not fade with flies, the employees use detestable or rude tones with you if you just try to order food. Especially the older women who work there. It's not just sound of the voice, it's the way they treat the food you pay for and you want to see. I'm here several times and I got badly treated just because I'm there. What terrible personnel and management is no matter. Next time it happens, I get names and call companies.

Order a chicken bowl with extra chicken from GrubHub paid over $25 my bowl didn?t even have half of the chicken in it. I was so disappointed

This was the worst salad I have ever had. There were about 8 pieces of chicken. Three lettuce leaves. What kind of salad has no lettuce? Maybe they need to start weighting their food to ensure they are putting in the correct amount. Or it because I ordered it through Door dash. In any event I will never return.
