Ledo Pizza - Waldorf

We order from Waldorf Ledo's quite often, but this has been our worst experience yet. My pizza was burnt, so we ate what we could. The other pizza had way too much grease to even attempt to eat. The rest of the pizzas are going in the trash. We will not be ordering from here again.

Ledo's truly serves some of the best pizza in the world! I've never had a bad experience with their pizza; it always arrives looking and tasting perfect!

Overall, the pizza quality is excellent, but the customer service can be inconsistent depending on the staff. It's disappointing, and I believe they should consider hiring more enthusiastic employees. However, my biggest concern was when I requested light cheese; I felt misled because my pizza was loaded with cheese, which was unacceptable.

The food is tasty, but the service leaves much to be desired. They promise it will take 20 minutes and ask for your name, yet they never call it out. By the time you finally get your food, it’s already cold—even when you’re there for takeout. I can’t imagine what the experience is like for those dining in.

I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and requested that the bun be toasted, but it wasn't. The two small pieces of lettuce were going bad, the meat was overcooked and tough, and I also asked for pickles, but didn’t receive those either. I won't be returning to this place again. The grill cook can truly make or break a business.
