Silver Diner - Waldorf

It can be a little frustrating to see an empty restaurant with 30+ min waiting times. Followed by slow service and wrong order entry at the bar. But the food and mimosas good.

Came in to visit family, from Chicago and we needed breakfast. This seemed to be a popular establishment so we stopped in. The breakfast wasnt bad. I ordered an omelet, my issue was I requested cheese and I received a cold peelable slice; im used to it being melted but things may be different here. Tried a mocha coffee, was bitter but its ok, I had it replaced with an orange juice which was great. The breakfast meat was wonderful. The waiter was very professional and attentive to us; great service. Clean restaurant, inside and out.

Love the Blue Plates at Silver Diner in Waldorf during the weekdays Monday- Friday 7am to 11am. You can catch a really good breakfast at a very reasonable price. First off they include coffee and a small juice. My favorite is the 2 pancakes 2 eggs and two pieces of meat for $10.99 here in Waldorf. They also have omelette and French toast options. I love the sit outside area as well. Beautiful on a nice day. This is one of the breakfast spots on my go-to list in Waldorf.

Silver diner always adds new options to its menu. I've been especially happy with their vegan breakfast supplements lately. it is a good place to go with flexible eating styles, many options.
