El Maguey - Walkertown

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was exceptional, and the food was delicious. We were a party of seven, and the staff was incredibly attentive, catering to all of our needs. I even received a veteran’s discount, which was a nice touch. For dinner, we enjoyed several dishes, and I highly recommend the Chicken ACP. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 out of 5. The price per person was around $100, but it was well worth it!

I visited this restaurant for the first time with my granddaughter, who has her 16th birthday coming up this week! We had a party of six, including a 20-month-old. They seated us in a cozy back room, which was fantastic! Our waitress was incredibly friendly, and I have to say, the mild sauce was the best I’ve ever had. The prices were also more reasonable than at other Mexican restaurants I’ve been to (and I eat Mexican food quite often). To celebrate Emma's birthday, they treated her to fried ice cream and sang to her with a tambourine and guitar. It was delicious! Even though I live about 45 minutes away, I will definitely return. We had such a fun and enjoyable time!

There was a bit of a language barrier but got around it. Wish they had real Margaritas, not wine Margaritas. Service: Dine in Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Great food.well.it’s hit or miss now. DO NOT go in after 7:30pm, they run the vacuum cleaner so loudly everywhere! You can tell they want to leave even when they close at 10:30 and you get there at 7:30! Some of the severs are very polite but most of them are rude and act like you’re an inconvenience being there, but want your tip!!! I use to rave about this place to everyone, even bought one of their t-shirts, NEVER telling anyone about this place EVER again!!!
