Applebee's Grill - Walla Walla

We tried the wonton tacos for appetizer, they were good albeit a bit messy to eat.

Drove in to Walla Walla from Southern Oregon about 9 hours on the road. Waitress seats us then moments later tells us her system just went down so she couldn't ring up our order. There were others there eating and I told her I had cash to please tally and bill accordingly. She was dumbfounded that tax on an order could be calculated. I asked for manager she was very contrite, rude, and just as clueless. We were turned away because they couldn't possibly get the order back to the cook or figure our bill without the register. Gen Z at its best? We're doomed.

I've been coming to Applebee's for the last three years consistently for date nights with my girlfriend. Lacey is an amazing bar tender who makes our drinks on a regular basis and they always come out tasting perfect. When we come in she knows what we want before we say it and asks us if we want our usual. Trevor always remembers my name and order and consistently provides the best service. Dan a manager there always greets us and asks about our day which really makes us feel welcome. I love the comfort of this restaurant compared to many other in town and will always remain a favorite of ours.

Amazing food, fast service, very nice waitress. We has our almost 2 yr old grand daughter with us. Having quick service helped keep her happy.

We visited the Walla Walla Applebee's recently after making a table reservation for a group which included two members in wheelchairs. The table was very accessible, near the restrooms and we received excellent service. Great staff and very good food!
