T. Maccarone's - Walla Walla

We were a couple of years ago on another trip to walla walla for wine tasting and had a good meal. the menu has changed and now it is more of a selection of tasting/sharing. eating was even better than we remember, the choices more interesting, and the more personal attention. portions were scaled so that an interesting mix and we had a nice meal. especially the spaghetti with meatballs as excellent. the sauce was perfect, tasteful and rich, but not exaggerated. the meatballs had a fine texture and complicated the sauce and pasta. I was a professional cook in my Misspent youth and I know well that pasta on the table to get al dente requires attention to detail and precision. I was perfect. in all, we will look for our next flight weekend to walla walla so that we can return.

Beautiful, interesting menu, good cocktails, slow service

The food was really enjoyed. I asked if a certain meal was spicy and was not said at all. it turned out that it was quite spicy. it was our first visit. we will try again. would have liked to have been on the reward program before the release of $150.00 this meal was not beneficial for rewards after the fact.

We took a friend there the night before Christmas Eve for her birthday. There were only a few people there so we don't know how noisy it would be on an ordinary evening, but it was quite that night. The service was attentive but not overbearing and the food was excellent, it has a limited ala carte menu so they can focus on quality. I used to travel the world for work and have eaten in many of the top restaurants, the quality of the food here is at least equal to any of those.
