A&w Canada - Wallaceburg

Lady working on Aug 29th at around 9:05am scraped a cooked egg that landed on the ground with her blue spatulas and used on our new eggs which were placed on our food. This is a direct violation of Health and Food Safety and cross contamination. I'd advise people to urge against going to this A&W. 32$ in the garbage.

My buddy(we are not actually friends)who works there knows my order before I come in-mustard, lettuce, tomato….always hot and perfect. Best burger in town. Great onion rings. Always brings my order out to my table with a frosted mug of pop filled to the rim. Thanks bro.

I love going to a&w in Chatham but unfortunately I have had nothing but bad luck when it comes to eating out at Wallaceburg a&w.The only time I had good luck was the first time the owner served me.It's sad to say but unfortunately it is true.I don't go to Wallaceburg A&W.I only go to A&W when I am out of town.I hope I didn't upset anyone for being honest, I don't mean any disrespect towards the owner.Happy Canada day folks

Never before have I felt more compelled to write a review! While I’m an occasional patron to the W’burg A W, my experiences have never been particularly stellar/exemplary…this past Sunday (June 18th, 2023 however was most certainly my last straw. First and foremost, when ordering via the drive-thru the staff taking my order was already directing me to drive ahead BEFORE I had even finished placing my order. While the wait time wasn’t too significant (this restaurant drive-thru is nearly always empty…and for good reason it seems! , upon tasting the food when returning home it was painfully apparent that both the burgers and fries had been RE-HEATED!?!?! The burgers buns were beyond dry (unusual for A W as were the cardboard like fries…not to mention, the pop was room temperature. I know A W doesn’t use ice in their root beer as a means not to dilute the flavor but, it should at least be remotely cold. Bottom line guys, time to pack it in shut this location down. W’burg likely didn’t need an A W to begin with…and with all the other fast-food competition already in W’burg, you’re definitely NOT making the effort to go above beyond!

It may take slightly longer to get your order than at other fast food places in town, but the food is made fresh and piping hot! It is worth eating in the restaurant just to have a frosted mug so cold that slush forms on top of your drink. It provides a nice, quiet, clean and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a burger and the staff are always very friendly.The food tastes pretty good for fast food, but can be a bit salty on occasion. The fries are the best fast food fries in town. The person I dined with says that A&W Chubby chicken is the best fast food chicken sandwich in Wallaceburg.
