Dolly's Pizza (walled Lake)

Pizza was okay to write home. The Greek pizza was surprisingly good! They gave away our order so we had to wait in the parking lot for another 15 minutes to make it again. They gave up 25% because we asked for some kind of compensation.

The food at Dolly's Pizza is acceptable. However, the owner or someone associated with the restaurant on Ladd Street is extremely rude. I am baffled at how they manage to retain employees and customers with such disrespectful behavior. Their lack of manners is disgraceful.

Nostalgia at its finest! I remember growing up in Howell, and they had a Dolly's off of Grand River in Brighton, MI. My father was an engineer at GM so he would come from that direction. I remember when they first opened how excited he was to try that new pizza place. He had bought a classic pizza and a vegetarian pizza with ham on half. Ever since then, this was our Pizza Monday. I remember how sad he was seeing them close (this had to be 15+ years ago). I rediscovered them about a year ago and now I drive out there twice a year to pick up pizza and bring some home to my family. I want this tradition to continue. I also share some with my dad, and his face still lights up and he talks about how good their pizza still is. I think we both keep hoping they will reopen another location out here. Their pizza is honestly the best pizza in lower Michigan. Everyone is super friendly, the pizza is baked to perfection, everything is simple and fresh. I also love the little Dolly Logo and the green boxes they use to come in. The owner of this company should be very proud of their brand. I think his or her employees and managers do such an amazing job preserving the image and the quality of this company. If you're in town, I highly recommend you stop by for pizza! If you don't like a lot of cheese, make sure you ask for light cheese! I always forget when I order. Ha.

First customer, they hooked me, and the pizza was made perfect, tons of blows, lots of cheese, and they do not forget the light sauce, and butter cheese crust, many other places, do not seem to know what is light sauce, or forget the crust. I also love the dough, phenomenal pizza, I will be back, thank you who made my pizza for generous with the blows, and thanks to Dolly's, I wish there was still a Dolly's in South Lyon, but it is worth the ride, you killed it, and the guy on the phone was very polite. Dolly's of Walled Lake, rules.

This pizza place is definitely our favorite! When we first moved to the area, we were on the hunt for a good pizza spot, and one evening my fiancée surprised me with a delicious pizza from here. We never looked back. We tried ordering from other places a couple of times, but always ended up regretting it. The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional. One time, I received the wrong order, and when I went back to the store, Donavon went above and beyond to fix the mistake, and even refused to accept a tip. In a world where great customer service is not always appreciated, it is important to recognize those who exceed expectations to ensure customer satisfaction. This pizza place has always been our favorite, and the outstanding service we received only solidified it as the top choice for great food and excellent customer service, guaranteeing our continued loyalty.
