The Pig Rig Bbq - Wallingford

We rented the food truck for a surprise 60th birthday party. We had a few unforeseen changes in venue due to the amount of people and the weather not cooperating. Pig Rig arrangements were the least of my worries! They rolled with the changes and it was perfect! Food was delicious and the guests all let me know how much they enjoyed. Shout out to Brenna for being an amazing wingman as I pulled this off! Thank you and highly recommend! I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and had a great experience. The price per person was between $10 and $20, which I found to be very reasonable. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 4 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Baby Back Ribs in Cowboy Beans - they were delicious!

A hidden gem! Finger-licking good food! Nice ambiance. Reasonable prices. You gotta try this.
