Starbucks - Walnut Creek

I understand businesses need to increase the price of their product from time to time, but this location increased their prices unreasonably. My grande coffee used to cost $2.95, until yesterday. Now it is $3.45 a .50 cent increase for a plain coffee.I visited another location in San Ramon, and their increase was .20 cents. That is an increase I am willing to pay. I would hate to see what all those specialty drinks now cost.

3rd starbucks I went to and there's 3-4inches of empty space on my iced venti matcha.

This Starbucks location is located in a big plaza, but it seems a bit quieter with plenty of parking. I came here a few times for a quick caffeine run before a shift. It is very unorganized here and the wait is always horrible as well (even worse than the other Starbucks). They call half of the order names and the other others, they just leave there for you to figure out which one is your drink. I usually stand nearby and keep a lookout for my drink, so no one would take or touch my drink. I tried my usual the matcha creme Frappuccino and I also tried the iced green tea here as well (sweetened) here before as well. the matcha Frappuccino was decent, a bit on the icier side though. The iced tea was not sweet at all, even though I asked for sweeten, but I was already on the way back and the wait here is horrible, so I just sucked it up and drank it.

Good experience today! I the barista got my order right and I was happy with what I ordered

Love the staff. They are so personal friendly and it’s obvious that they work incredibly hard. We come there A Lot feel right at home.
