Subway - Walnut Creek

Terrible customer service. They barely put anything on the sandwiches. And I've been here three times in past 6 months and everytime the restroom has been out of service. I think they just don't want customer's using it.

I typically visit this Subway in the morning to grab a sandwich before heading to class, as I don't have time to return between classes. However, yesterday I arrived at 7:40 AM, and their sign clearly states that they open at 7 AM on weekdays, yet the door was locked. To make matters worse, an employee came out from the back, saw me, made eye contact, and then went back inside without acknowledging me. I understand that sometimes delays happen, but being 40 minutes late after the advertised opening time and ignoring a customer is extremely unprofessional. I won’t be returning to this location again.

The manager and staff at this Subway are the most helpful I've encountered at any location. I just witnessed the manager approach a customer at their table to rectify a transaction where they had overpaid. The restaurant is also clean and operates efficiently!

I really enjoy this Subway location. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The sandwiches are consistently well-made and neatly prepared. The owner is very personable and kind as well.

This place is amazing! They served us a meal that was originally $20 for just $9.01, and they even rounded down the price. Plus, they gave us a complimentary 6-inch sandwich ticket. You can't ask for a better experience at Subway than this!
