Taco Bell - Walnut Creek

I don't even know where to begin. I am completely shocked. I waited for a long time in the drive-thru, which was okay. Just as I was about to pull up to the window to pay, the car in front of me stopped suddenly. A woman got out and said she was given the wrong order. The cashier apologized and took the bag back, which turned out to be my order. After waiting for her to get the correct order, she drove off. I paid and the cashier thanked me for my patience. I drove away and when I opened my bag, I was horrified to find that someone had taken a bite out of my burrito! The woman had taken a bite, realized it wasn't hers, and put it back in the bag. The cashier then gave me the bag without realizing what had happened. It was absolutely disgusting. I didn't know what to do, as I had already left and didn't want to go back. I am planning on filing a report because I was so disgusted that I couldn't eat anything. Well, except for some nacho fries before throwing everything away. I hope to get a refund because this was completely unacceptable. The cashier on my receipt was named Maria, but in reality, it was a young, very kind man who unfortunately didn't realize what had happened before giving me my order.

The manager is a pain in the a super rude bought a case of the tacos supreme so you know they add an extra 15$ for the sour cream but my tacos only had meat and cheese in them how is that okay when I called the guy said yeah just come back in and getthem. The lady on her little Taco Bell power trip was not letting it happen. Maybe it turns her on or something? Or just beingthat old and working at a Taco Bell has her nickers in a twist? I don?t know all I?m saying is if you are that old and angrymaybe just maybe it?s time for a career change? ????????

I screwed up my online order, accidentally picked drive thru and I didn?t have a car (waked across the street from a hotel). Everyone was super nice, allegedly. They let me in the lobby and got my order ready. Would?ve rated 5 starts but they purposelygave me every sauce packet EXCEPT fire, which I asked for. Would still recommend

Staff loitering in the front parking lot, harassing customers. It's unprofessional and rude.

I was chastised by a staff member at this restaurant for ordering online and then using the drive-thru. I was told that using the drive-thru for an online order causes delays for everyone, so I decided to go inside to collect my order instead. While inside, I witnessed an employee sneezing without wearing a mask directly onto one of the food preparation surfaces. After this experience, I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.
