If they are looking for a lunch, this is really good at lunch. we go all the time and get her chopped salat or panini. the dinner on the other side was rather sad. we both ordered the chicken marsala and it was dry and tasteless. the spinach that came with him was okay, but the pasta was bland. the service there is friendly and at the point, but the kitchen is very slow.

Having received an email Saturday about a Prix Fix dinner happening on Sunday I notified friends and made a reservation. We arrived for our 6:15 reservation and were told that they were overwhelmed for take out orders and a computer problem and we were not going to be able to have anything but pizza. I eventually spoke to the manager and at first she said we couldn 't have anything other than pizza. Having established that the wait time for pizza was 20 minutes and for the meal an additional 10 minutes, we opted to stay with the special dinner and she reluctantly agreed to provide it. Turns out our salads arrived in a timely manner and our entrees and desserts as well. The food was good. The special offer read like a cranberry martini was part of the deal so two of us ordered the drink and others wine and beer. Our bill reflected an $11.00 charge for the martinis and we asked the waiter about the martini listed under the entrees, desserts in the offer with the same bold print and a note that said the meal and the martini were available on Sunday 12/11. The waiter addressed our concerns with the manager and she essentially blew us off in the same way that she tried to convince us to pass on the special dinner we had come for. While it probably wasn 't a bait and switch it felt that way to all of us. I reserved a day ahead and invited friends. We arrived on a rainy cold night and essentially were told that take out customers were more important than we were. The whole thing was poorly handled. I must say though that the reception and wait staff were top notch and were duly compensated. Perhaps our experience may have more to do with upper management than the local manager but that is for you to decide. I don 't think we will be returning and I don 't think that one of our go to restaurants will survive many more incidents like this.

Something went terribly wrong at the restaurant. They had a dinner for 2 special and seems that staff got overwhelmened with take out orders (doordash) and it took over an hour to get our food. The food was terribly overcooked and seemed burnt. There were over 10 doordashers waiting to pick up food in the looby which made the overall experience even worse. Not sure what really happened but we didn't finish our meal and the manager reversed the charges. We've been there several times before and didn't experience this.

We have been going here for years. I am a big fan of the Piadines and the garlic rolls. It appears there has been a lot of turnover and they are ill prepared for a busy night. In general we had an unpleasant dining experience. Service was slow, and incomplete. he Garlic rolls were cold by the time they got to our table. No one checked on us to ask how our meal was, or to refill our drinks, or bring our check. We paid through the app and left without anyone even noticing. We were disappointed.
