Arby's - Walterhill

Such a sweet lady! I think it was the manager or the lady that took my order. They had taken my order and when I went to pull up I couldn’t find my wallet so I pulled into the parking lot and after 5 minutes of looking for it, she walked up with my order paid for and said “It be rough sometimes” I wanted to cry! Thank you so much!!

Our order wasn't right and it tasted awful we never ate it.

Fries were not hot. Asked for Arby's sauce and horsey sauce, did not receive, this happens every time I stop at this Arby's but they were extremely nice and I guess I just should double check everything instead of thinking they would give what was ordered.

Just spent 54.00 want 2 drinks with no ice they are not full, wanted Arby's sauce and horse sauce got neither terrible experience should went to sonic across the street. Not be back

The food was good. We requested medium but we received large. I requested extra sauce on gyro. We asked before driving away and the guy said it should be on there.... there was hardly any sauce on the gyro and none on the side.
