The food continues to be good but several customer service/food safety issues. No one seems to be happy to work there. The young lady working the register does not enjoy her job. The young man handing out carry out orders just hands the bag to you with no eye contact, no thanks. Really good quality baked goods but the coffee is awful. The coffee is not straightforward coffee. It has “something” in it that I can’t pinpoint. I think it’s chicory or something similar. Whatever it is, the coffee tastes sickly. I got a latte with caramel syrup added and the coffee was both strong and sickly sweet. I like medium to dark roast coffee with no additional flavor. Fantastic bakery!! Amazing customer service, great coffee (I LOVE their nitro cold brew!!! , and they have these incredible everything scones! They have some great take home baked goods as well. Best place to grab a quick breakfast in downtown Franklin!!! I walk 6 miles each way on the weekends specifically to grab their breakfast!
