I am shocked that in this economy (and Post Hurricane Sandy) a business can afford to treat their cartridges in this way. Seems like bad business... found another local restaurant that appreciates our business and treats us right. We even pay more and get so much more. TAKE AWAY: You get what you pay... Do you remember the Golden Rule?
The food here is quite good. However, I believe it's time to improve the landscaping in front of the restaurant, as it appears worn and dirty. The building itself could also use a thorough wash. If the exterior looked better, it could attract more customers. Many people tend to associate a business's appearance with its quality.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with both the service and the food at this restaurant. I attempted to order two slices of pizza, but the owner insisted that I had to purchase a whole pizza instead. So, I opted for some wings instead. To my surprise, the price was $11.95 for just 12 wings, which were about half the size of any normal wings I've had. When I inquired about the price, he rudely told me, “If you don’t like it, go somewhere else.” Unfortunately, the chicken was stale in taste and smell, and they had carelessly poured BBQ sauce over the wings before serving them cold. I'm truly disheartened by this visit to a local restaurant that used to be one of my favorites. I won’t be returning to Il Palazzo again.
Our company, Innovative Concepts, has held its holiday party at IL Palazzo for the past four years, and we are consistently impressed by the staff and management. We have already booked our event for 2013, as it is a fantastic venue for hosting gatherings.
