Gabriela Cafe - Wanchaq

We had a week in Cusco and ate at this cafe three times -- for dinner, lunch and a snack. They make great versions of causa (potato and tuna slice), rocoto rellenos (stuffed peppers) and a potato dish (can't remember the name). The rocoto was the real stand-out! The limeade was a little watery, but we might not have noticed had we not had sensational ones in the central market.The service was cheerful and enthusiastic. Cusco is packed with tourists so I was impressed that staff remembered us on our second and third visits.The cafe closes about 9pm, so don't be late.
