D'Amicos Wangaratta

Ordered delivery pizza which is quite good in the regular, but this time it was not. it came 20 minutes late and hardly warm. Cold and soggy chips and pizzas were just warm and soggy. a pizza was not even cut. if you pay a lot of money, you better expect.

The basic of the pizza was the brunt. toppings were ok, but the basic was extremely burned and that's all we could taste. Garlic pizza for the price she should pay at least taste of garlic. it was a boiled or burned pizza base.

Was already in the restaurant and had good experiences, but the menu fooled me tonight. the dumpling with lamb ragu 8 dumplings (heavy) but less than a dessert spoon full lamb. without the enough of the meat the tomato was too... strongly so disappointingly discussed it with the staff before starting the meal when the lamb was considered missing and advised that they were satisfied with it. I did not eat 2 of the dump, my spoon full lamb and left the rest. paid the full amount for the meal no further discussion of the staff. no lame. disappointed. Please take this on board.

I had home deliVery to.my.motel. the seafood risotto was cold and the seafood under cooked. The Pear and Gorgonzola salad was a finely chopped mess with no taste, texture or interest. God alone knows what it was dressed with, but the dish was a mess....The risotto needed seasoning and some herbs for some taste, otherwise was bland beyond belief, and they didn't send salt and pepper in the pack. Waste.of time and money having it delivered.

After taking our delivery order and payment, an hour later we get a call saying we were outside their delivery area (Google maps showed us 8min away and that we had to come pick up our meals or pay an extra $10 delivery on top......This is after an excruciating ordering process with a 16yo girl who had obviously zero training. When I said we weren 't able to drive in, and that we ordered for delivery, and they took our address before payment, they guy that called back began a diatribe of the costs to deliver, and the other business expenses etc, plus then did what would be textbook extortion... If you don 't pay the extra we 're not bringing it out I said Your staff made the error and now you 're making it my problem? He said Yes, it is your problem . Then I asked for the owner... Some stressed woman who should NOT be in hospitality (read the other review about her ... Think Basil Fawlty meets Gordon Ramsays crappy younger brother who only cooks on Fiverr.com She then begins to abuse me and tells me that the girl was only 16 and didn 't know... I dared to suggest that maybe it 's the owners fault for poor training, but again, not my fault is problem. But alas, my problem it was. Pay $10 extra or she 'd not deliver and give an in store credit to use some other time (what the actual? Fast forward 20min, and the dude tears up the driveway like he 's in the Dukes of Hazzard remake, refuses to hand over the drugs... I mean Pasta Arrabiata, until he had his cold hard $10cash... Then off he went into the sunset. Until I had to call the restaurant back. They left some stuff out. Would it surprise you to know, that the owner, cranky woman with a chip (or is it pommes frite on her shoulder wanted to charge us AGAIN to bring out the item she missed! 8 minutes drive. 8. I once drove 4.5 minutes to get a burger, so I shouldn 't talk... 8 really is extraneous. Now the food. After the girl at the Italian restaurant who took my order asked And what pasta would you like with your risotto, fetuchini or spaghetti? , the meals turned out to be...
