After giving this place an earlier 5-star rating and a loyal customer for more than 10 years. I am very disappointed with their bad customer service. every year we have dinner on a Thursday night in December, so we can enjoy the lights after it. I tried to make a booking at the end of november for a Thursday night in December and went on a waiting list for 2 thn days without moving on a table. I then made over 10 phone calls without answer - this is terrible service. my man then immersed in chatting with them and they were simply rude and ugly, almost laughing about us trying to have a reservation. they did not even stop and heard people say when he asked if we could simply dip after dessert or drink and see the lights. when my man got them around 6 he said there were many empty tables. Not too big for their boots leapfrogs- just because they are busy in xmas does not mean that they should let go of good old fashion customer service and loyalty.
