Taco Bell - Ware

Service was a bit slow. However,Despite our large order, everything was correctly made....yay!! I'm willing to wait a little for accuracy of my order

The food was acceptable. the service was absolutely horrible. At 1 o'clock in the afternoon they would not wait on customers and was told to order from a kiosk. There wasn't anybody in the dining room except employees taking breaks with 6 people inline. Go to the ludlow taco bell great food and service.

As a delivery driver, I've encountered my fair share of delays, missing food items, and communication issues with customers. However, I've never experienced the level of rudeness and lack of professionalism from an employee that I did recently. On October 21, when I arrived to pick up an order, it wasn’t ready, so I waited about five minutes. When I discovered that an item was missing, I asked the employee to cancel it. She responded very loudly and rudely, explaining what she would or wouldn’t do. At that moment, a young female employee yelled from the back, saying "DoorDash sucks," in front of the dining customers, and I'm sure the drive-thru heard it as well. I was simply trying to cancel the fries from the order. This establishment clearly needs retraining on multiple levels, as this behavior does not reflect well on the company.

I stopped by this restaurant during my trip and had an unsettling experience. When I went to the bathroom, I noticed a male employee who had just used the urinal and walked out without washing his hands. This is concerning for anyone, but especially for someone who works with food. I hope a manager can address this issue with him.

Incredibly slow service and unfriendly staff. If you're curious about how much a restaurant can cut corners on ingredients, this is the place for you. You’ll receive a haphazardly assembled meal that barely fills your taco shell, if you're lucky. It's the only Taco Bell in the area, which is probably the only reason it’s still in business.
