Visszajelzés küldéseAs we all know good coffee, good food, usually quick professional service. As a walk in customer at this particular Starbucks the service and employees are below standard, as to the multiple Starbucks I stop at during the working week.
Use the order ahead feature 12 minutes before I was supposed to arrive. Got there and had to wait another 15 minutes for my order to be made. I got my latte well before my husband even got his plain black coffee. Then he told me his coffee was cold. Which means it must have been left somewhere for a while before it was actually delivered to us. Seems very disorganized. Store wasn't that busy and things were real piecemeal. It would have been way faster had we skipped the order ahead and just gone through the drive through.
This Starbucks is almost comically bad. Place an order? You might be sitting at the drive up window for 20-30 minutes. Place a mobile order? Get ready to be told they don't have it, You ordered it from the wrong location, or you need to prove that you actually ordered it... Despite them telling you at the squawk box that they had it at the window ready for you. The staff seems more concerned with chatting with each other than actually doing the job. The coffee is great, but good luck trying to actually get it.
Worst ever waiting and waiting someone comes in places huge order they get her out before me and I’ve been waiting way before she even came in. Hateful people if u don’t tip them for doing
My drink sucked. i sent it back and my new one sucked even more
