We didn't even order food, we sat in the drive for over 15 minutes. Finally, a nice young man went to my car and explained that their computers were shut down.

I drove 30 minutes twice to get some Krystal burgers only to find out they don’t accept cash. This issue needs to be addressed by the company. If customers can't buy a meal with cash, then it's better to close down the business. Also, the bushes at the car exit create a dangerous situation; they’re overgrown and obscure visibility, making it hard to pull out safely. This establishment really needs to get it together. You complicate the purchasing process, showing little regard for what customers actually want. If you cannot adapt and start accepting cash, then my order should be free, considering the time I've wasted.

When it was a fast food place, it was decent. We hadn't had Krystal's in almost a year, so when we saw the logo, I suggested we have dinner there. I was more disappointed by the poor customer service than the mediocre food. I wasn’t too concerned about waiting for about eight minutes at the drive-thru speaker, but the attitude I encountered from the young lady at the window was disheartening. Initially, she was very curt with me and seemed indifferent to the needs of customers. Although her tone softened during our transaction, it was still somewhat unfriendly. Based on our experience, I doubt we’ll return to this location.

The lady by the window was incredibly kind, and the food was hot and fresh. It took a bit longer than expected, but I believe that's because everything was made fresh.

Today I went in not knowing lobby was closed due to being short staffed. The manager was so kind and took my order anyway and my mom's and insisted we sit down to eat bc we mentioned living an hour away. She had a wonderful personality!
