Outback Steakhouse Warner Robins

Our experience was absolutely incredible. Our waitress assisted me in selecting the ideal meal, which turned out to be one of the specials. It had been quite a while since I last visited an Outback. The kitchen manager, whom I believe was named Baskin, stopped by our table to check on us and make sure our steaks were cooked to perfection. Everyone was friendly, and the place was exceptionally clean!

We had a disappointing experience with our waiter, Charlie. The shrimp pasta was quite unappetizing, and the steak was very tough. Charlie did not check in with us to see if we needed any condiments, napkins, or drink refills. We noticed he was sitting in a booth on his phone while other waitstaff had to assist us with our needs. The only things he did were take our order and bring our drinks. When he brought the check, he mentioned he could process his tip, which we found rather inappropriate. He received a $5 tip, which was reflective of his service. Unfortunately, he slammed the receipt down on the table and walked away, displaying very rude behavior. Overall, it was a disappointing day with both poor food and bad service.

After waiting another 15 minutes for the replacement, she brought out the new ribs. They looked like true Outback ribs, but they were surprisingly small—only about four or five bones. As someone who grills frequently, I can confidently say that this was NOT a half rack. I’ll include a photo for reference. For over $20 for this meal, there really should be no doubt about what constitutes a half rack, especially after having to wait a total of 30 minutes at curbside and still leaving dissatisfied. I’ve been a loyal customer of this establishment for years and have been a Dine Rewards member for a decade! Outback, you need to step up your game, as this experience does not reflect the high standards of the Blooming brand at all.

The food here is A1 Awsome!! Atmosphere was peaceful and a delight. Our server Chasity was spectacular, she tended to all of my families needs without hesitation very sweet and nice person.

Service was AMAZING! Steak and fries were great. And the waitress named Chasity was really nice.
