Need more help with customer service, cashier was rude when presenting my app for points after total. Never once presented a “thank you!”

The Açaí bowls are ? pricey but worth it!!! Get it with extra peanut butter ?

What happened to the Acai?!!!?? Me and my husband buy these at least three times a week! They are a bit pricey, however they were worth every penny! Im not sure what happened but they have definitely changed. The bowls are now icy and flavorless and this goes for both locations in Warner Robins. I’m so disappointed with Smoothie King?.

Taste isn 't the problem, time management is. Placing an order thru the app gives 10mins to have the order ready. I was there 2mins after expecting my order to be waiting on me but it wasn 't. I waited another 4 mins after being told we 're working on it . It may not seem like a big deal, but it is. For some people every minute counts and the app helps with that to be able to get in and out. There were 3 workers there and still couldn 't maintain orders to get them out timely. I 've never had this problem from the Riverside or New St (downtown) locations which are both smaller with 2 employees.
