Eddie's Pizza - Warren

If I could give 0 stars I would. Grown men SCREAMING at a 21 year oldWhile paying them $10 an hour andBelittling them. Also their shop is DISGUSTING just like the owner’s behavior. I’ll never step foot in such a vile establishment again.

Used to love their pizza. My sister just called in a pizza and we were waiting for it. My mom just got home from hospital and is hospice. She asked for pizza. Well they just left the pizza on the porch in January! Cold and something got into it. They did nothing.

The food lacked seasoning and flavor. I ordered chicken tenders which came with fries and coleslaw. Sadly, the best thing was the french fries. My friend ordered wings and cheesecake. We knew it wasn't going to be that great when we saw that the cheese cake was packaged in a hot dog container. Perhaps it's one of those situations that you don't order chicken from a pizza place.

MAKE SURE THEY DONT MESS UP YOUURRR ORDER! They will not fix it. By the time I made it home and realized I had someone else’s pizza i immediately called up there, the young man who answered the phone first words were “Canadian bacon and sausage pizza?” I couldn’t even tell what it was on that pizza because I did not order it. He immediately recognized THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG PIZZA, did not offer to delivery me a new one but gave me the option of coming back or replacing when I call back. Of courseI chose I would call back (he said he would do the same thing after I startd that I would rather not drive back, it's late, I felt reassured by that) , I have gone there so many times. Had I known driving back was truly my only option of actually something happening about THE MISTAKE THEY CLEARLY MADE then I would have drove back. I ordered two pizzas and honestly refused to eat that nasty doubleMeat weird pizza that I did not want or ask for) He offered me a 2 liter of FAYGO TWIST to make it right OR doubling my toppings for free on the pizza that should have been correctTo begin with. I did not ask for double toppings so why would I want that? it does not matter how much money or tips you clearly spend with these people, but fixing a medium pizza with two toppings is clearly too much to keep a loyal customer. I will take my business to JETS or STOSHS pizza from here on our regardlessOf the extra distance and you should too

The best pizza that you can ever have. The staff is amazing always greeting each and every customer with a smile.
