Goodwood Indy - Warren Park

TY is the best! Great marketing, as tourist we were walking down the sidewalk and he talked in into coming in. Our party ended up spending the entire afternoon at the bar watching football. Ty was checking on everyone, making sure all customers were taken care of. On our way out, he thanked us for coming in and you can tell he truly cares about this business. Not sure if he is the owner or not, but he deserves to be!!! 10/10 customer service from Ty himself.

Totally enjoyed our lunch special of a delicious grilled chicken sandwich with pimento cheese on top. Came with a side of broccoli that was seasoned nicely. Soft drink included and lunch was under $12 plus tax and tip. Server was great about keeping our drinks filled and kitchen was fast. Would go again for sure next time I'm downtown at lunch.

1:30 Thursday, November 9th. Waited ten minutes to be sat with restaurant 70% empty, server (Andrew) got 2 out of 6 drinks wrong, an entree wrong. Had to take the incorrect entree to him all the way across the restaurant because he had not visited our table in fifteen minutes while four of us sat with nothing to drink. When refills were finally brought, they were wrong for a second time. Completely non-chalant and never apologized once for any of the mistakes. Me sense of urgency to correct mistakes. Tenders and burger overcooked. Has to be the worst service I've received in over twenty years of dining out.

Good food, fair prices. The service was slow(drinks) but maybe they were understaffed. Had the Walnut Brown ale and was satisfied.... with all six of them. Will definitely return next time I'm in Indy.

Stopped in before going to the Pacers game. Place was almost empty so we got a table immediately. Our waitress was so nice and friendly, we ordered some drinks and began looking at the menu. This is where things took a little bit of a turn, as it took over 10 minutes to get our drinks in the almost empty restaurant. For food we got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and fish chips, both quality meals that we enjoyed. My wife asked for a side of Buffalo sauce and another drink and this is when we became frustrated. Waitress said yes one moment, and then we waited and waited until over 15 minutes had passed. My wife went to the bar and got our check from the bartender. We have no clue what happened to our waitress and why she just disappeared, but it definitely took away from our experience. Food was good, service was ehh.
