The food is excellent, but the manager should have a conversation with the young staff about being more mindful of their conversations as customers can overhear them.

The smokehouse peppercorn burger was really delicious, with a lively heat, but the only downside was the flat Coke. My granddaughter enjoyed her Big Mac and Oasis meal.

The service was excellent and the facilities were clean. However, the music was too loud and the speakers were distorted.

Service was slow after ordering in advance on the app. But food was surprisingly good.

Soft play closed because of wet floor. Only one tablet worked. Sunday with kids, and such a big disappointment
