The first time for a family of five. eating was well cooked. nuggets were dry and shrunk, the chico rolls were dry and burned, and the potato cakes were burned and barely carrots in them. chips for $5 were not. enough for 1 person let alone a family. When I called and complained, they said they were to bring it back and they would disarm themselves. When I came there, the manager said nothing wrong with him and so they cook it. if they want chips, they ask for sub-occupation. when I returned home with the second charge, they were the same and burned and full of oil. I called again and the manager said that we cooked it twice and refused to hear my complaining and then banish us from loading and hanged on me after they said they had the best call in warrnambool. not that we ever go back there. rude, arrogant manager with disgusting diners. the

Had fish and chips here recently and we both really enjoyed it. beautiful, clean and fresh and delicious. it is worth recommending to others.

Not happy. after rude service another time we gave them the advantage of the doubt as we come here every time, we get fish n chips. our food was cooked disgustingly. over boiled potato cakes and savs under boiled dimsims. and food poisoning. thanks young people who fucked my 7 year old and have a baby to feed while I have food poisoning. You've lost our customers for a long time, not that you've been taking care of your poor service lately. Stay away!

This is a fantastic place to enjoy your own drinks and the food is really delicious. I will definitely continue to order from here.
