Johnny Rockets - Warwick

I consistently receive excellent service here, and the burgers are fantastic, regardless of the type you choose—beef, turkey, or Beyond.

I ordered a Vanilla Shake and a Bacon Burger with fries. Unfortunately, the burger was really disappointing; the bacon tasted old. I felt nauseous right after eating it. The shake was decent, though.

Johnny Rockets is always a favorite of me. I like they have one at the Warwick Mall Food Court as a choice where to eat. I have her tuna melt, very good. Large part of tuna on sourdough bread. I had her note with cheese and bacon. Plus free refills on your drink. Very good.

They won't be in the mall for long. This is the second time I tried to have lunch there. I sit at the counter, 3 people working and not one of them come over to counter. Sit there 5 minutes and still no one waits on me. Guy at grill with his back to the counter. Young girl working there doing dance moves way in back and other girl making a shake. How do you do business like that!

Today, I was really frustrated because one of the waitresses saw me and my kids as we approached the register to place a to-go order, but she just ignored us and went to the back. I waited, but no one came to help us. I eventually raised my voice asking who would take my order. Finally, they came out—still no smiles! I told them this was the third time I had received such poor service here. It's shameful! They need to properly train their staff before running a business like this!
